Returns, Shipping & FAQ's

What is your return policy?

Due to the spiritual nature of the orders being shipped with positivity, love, and light, we do not accept any returns. You can always contact us for any concerns and questions at dee@spirlitual.com.

What if my item(s) is damaged or I receive the wrong order?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours at dee@spirlitual.com with a photo of the damaged/defective/errored item(s) so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

How will my order be shipped, and do you ship out of the USA?

We are located in New Jersey and currently only ship within the USA, utilizing USPS.

Please see below the three options that will populate once your shipping address is entered:

Once the order is confirmed and processed, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes. Please double-check your order before submission, including the correct products and quantities. Additionally, ensure that the shipping information entered is accurate.

Orders that are flagged as fraud will be canceled with no exceptions.

To avoid being flagged as fraudulent activity, we advise you to ensure that your shipping and billing information is the same.

APPAREL, ART FRAMES + MUGS WILL ALWAYS SHIP SEPARATELY!

After you have placed your order, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Following order fulfillment, please allow 5-7 business days from the date of fulfillment for your order to be delivered.

Some products will be shipped out within 3-4 business days once the order has been confirmed. Spirlitual, LLC will not process any orders during the weekend or national holidays. If the order is placed on a Friday, the next business day to process your order will be Monday. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Some items may ship separately unless stated otherwise on the product page.

An item out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded, and the remaining portion of the order will be shipped. This does not happen often; however, it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Spirlitual, LLC is NOT responsible for USPS shipping delays, wrongly delivered packages, lost/ marked delivered packages, or any merchandise damaged in transit. If this unfortunate situation occurs, PLEASE file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. We will not ship to any P.O. Boxes.

Packages returned to Spirlitual, LLC will be refunded except for shipping costs.

What does "Pre-shipment" mean for USPS?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. The shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order. This does not mean your order is lost, and it is common for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

Do you have any sales or promotions?

We often have sales and promotions but will not honor price adjustments. Our promotional codes will not apply to previously placed, pending, or shipped orders.

ONLY ONE discount code per order will work.

Jewelry & Accessories

All accessories are considered "costume jewelry" and should not be worn on sensitive skin. Exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorinated water, household chemicals, soaps, and perfumes can cause damage to your jewelry, including discoloration and abrasions over time.

 
Spirlitual hours are 9-5, Monday-Friday.We do not process orders or respond to emails on Weekends or National Holidays.
